Old method (SLA), used sea sand and aluminum oxide which slammed implant intensity and created holes and roughness on the surface. In spite of repeated washings to remove the toxic, some of the alumina is not removed and stays in the human body. To prevent thissituation,the new method was prevented.When using a sterile bath containing a very weak acid and strong electricity power,it make holes on the surface of the implant without using toxic materials. Electricity comes into contact with the surface of the implant and createsroughness. In this way there is no aluminum and acid remaining.

Later in the process, powdered bone is added (Calcium Phosphate) and being used as a catalyst for building bone and Osseo integration..

Osseo integration, the term refers to the direct structural and functional connection between living bone and the surface of a load-bearing artificial implant. Osseo integration can be enhanced by the science of medical bone and joint replacement techniques. Osseo integration is also defined as : “The formation of a direct interface between an implant and bone, without intervening soft tissue

The percentage of rejection of these implants is particularly low.
